This assortment was also made in 2000 with Fisher-Price tush tags. The same assortment number appears on both sets. Also the 3 plush dolls all have the same model number through both sets.
There is also a "My First Pal" assortment not available in th US. The assortment #39668,features Ernie and Bert.
