Assortment # -- This is a "series" number for Child Dimension, Kid Dimension, Playskool, Tyco/Fisher Price made plush dolls. When you see an Assortment # on a tush tag, it means that there is more than one doll available in the Assortment or "series"; an example would be an Elmo and Ernie. It is usually the second number on the tush tag and it is followed by "Asst."Most dolls without Assortment numbers only have a Model number (see below) because they are unique individuals.

Model # -- This is the number to distinguish different plush dolls in an Assortment or "series". If there is only one number on the tag, then the plus doll is usually NOT part of an Assortment.

Some tush tags may have only an assortment # and no model # even though there are more dolls in the assortment. Also some dolls have only a Model # even though they are part of an assortment.
